Opprinnelig holdt den rumenske børsen til i disse lokalene. Nå er den rå bygningen omgjort til et moderne kontor og tilholdsted for det kreative byrået Headvertising. Unødvendig å si noe så opplagt, men ja betong en av våre favoritt materialer. Kombinasjonen med kryssfiner mener jeg er en suksess. Jeg liker hvordan arkitekten Corvin Cristian har tatt ideen med fraktkasser, og brukt det hele veien gjennom fra lagringsplass til skillevegger. Fint! Hvis du synes dette uttrykket var litt for moderne, så ta en titt på dette rustikke lokalet.
Originally this spaces hosted the romanian Stock Exchange now the raw building is converted to a modern stylish office to the creative agency Headvertising. No need to say, concrete is one of our favorite materials. And the combo with plywood I think is a sucsess. And I like how the architect Corvin Cristian has taken the idea of shipping cases and used it all the way through from storage to diving walls. Nice! If you think this look is a bit to clean, take a look at rustic space.
Dette kontorlokalet er dristig i sitt uttrykk. Selskapet Gummo skulle bare leie lokalene for to år. Og arkitektene bak dette, i29 overbeviste selskapetog omfavne mantra: redusere, gjenbruke og resirkulere. Mesteparten av kontormøblene ble dermed funnet lokalt, kjøpt billig for og så bli gjennbrukt. For å skape en helhet, ble alt sprayet svart. Stor kontrast i rommet med den hvite rammen og svarte dedikerte områder. Synes det er modig å bruke så mye sort. Flott arbeid og morsom løsning av i29 architects.
This office space is a BOLD statement. The company Gummo was only renting this space for two years. And the architects behind this, i29 convinced the company to embrace the mantra of reduce, reuse and recycle. Most of the office supply was sourced locally, bought cheap to then be reused. To unify it all, everything was spray painted black. Great contrast in space with the white frame and black environments. So bold and brave to use so much black. Great work and clever solution by i29 architects.
Creneau International jobber med konseptdesign og har skapt dette kontorlokalet for Mao Magazine. Et avslappet og kult miljø.
Creneau International works with concept design and has created this office for Mao Magazine. The environment is relaxed and cool, and as they have put in words is exactly how I felt when I saw the images.

UXUS er et nederlandsk designfirma og disse bildene er fra deres kontor. Minimalistisk og enkelt med noen få ikon møbler og lamper som gir identitet og personlighet. Jeg elsker “Dear Ingo” lamp fra Moooi som du ser i bilde nr 1. Hadde vært perfekt hjemme i min stue!
UXUS is an dutch design firm and these pictures are from their office space. So pure and simple with a few stand out pieces of furniture and lightning. I do love the “Dear Ingo” lamp the from Moooi in picture one, would love to have one at home.
Som en utstilling og hyllest til St. Phillips Building i London har Dominic Wilcox latt sine kreative ideer overta et av kontorene, latt alt stå urørt , og pyntet på hele rommet med hvit maling. Han ble invitert til å ta del i utstillingen og skape noe som ville uttrykke bygningens historie. Dominic forklarer selv ideen bak utstillingen : ”I thought that it was as if the room was waiting to die and I wanted to ease its transition from this world. My thought for the office was to leave it intact but to remove the colour from every aspect in the room (via white paint) thereby taking away a layer of reality and connection to our world as it moves closer to its imminent death.” Dominic Wilcox.
Dominic Wilcox turned the the one room that was left and abandoned and that still had content remained in the st. Phillips Building in London to a white design installation. He was invited to take part in the organized exhibition and create something that would reference the buildings history in some way. Jeg vet, jeg vet … vi har en tendens til å skrive om kontorlokaler her på vår kjære blogg. Men det er fordi vi elsker dem. Arbeidsplasser er ofte så mye mer kreative, fargerike og ofte mer dristige enn et vanlig hjem. Og plass! Jeg ville elsket å ha så mye plass og den høyden under taket. Disse bildene er fra hovedkontoret til FACEBOOK! Et par platespillere burde vært obligatorisk i ethvert kontor. Lokalene er designet av Studio O + A som er basert i San Francisco, USA.
I know, I know… we do have a tendencey to write a lot about office spaces here on our beloved blog. But thats because we do love them. Office spaces can be so much more creative, colorful and defintly more bold then a residential home. And the space! I would love to have that much space and that hight under the celling. This images is from FACEBOOK headquarters! Very cool indeed and I think a pair of turntables should be mandatory in any office. The space is designed by Studio O + A based in San Francisco, USA.
En kantine som reflekterer brukerne sine. Nike HQ satte Uxus på oppgaven med å renovere en kantine som skulle speile Nike sin personlighet og være en sosial møteplass hvor kreative ideer skal kunne utvikles. Sport er selvfølgelig et viktig nøkkelord i i utformingen. Det kommer fram i dynamikken i lokalet, materialvalgene og det grafiske uttrykket på veggene. Lampene strekker seg ned fra taket i ulike høyder, mens de oransje rørene strekker seg oppover og understreker volumet samtidig som det danner et sportslig bilde. Tøft å skape et bilde på denne måten.
This is definitely a canteen that reflects it´s guests. Nike HQ new canteen was re-designed by Uxus. The project description was a personalized and social meetingplace inspired by sports. It shows in the dynamic expression as well as in the materials and the graphic illustrations on the walls. The different lamps in different heights create a dynamic rhythm and the orange tubes defines the volume and tie the two levels together. I really like the way they have created the athlete illustration on the orange tubes. Nice work.

N59 arkitekter har skapt dette friske arbeidsmiljøet ved å kun bruke hvitt og gult. Til tross for den enkle innredningen fremstår lokalet nøye gjennomtenkt. Visuelt virker det mye større enn 200 kvm. Det glinsende gulvet og de transparente skilleveggene skaper et gjennomtrekk i rommet som virker forstørrende. Det gule innslaget gir også noen hvilepunkter for øyet som man stopper opp ved. Se også hvordan de har klart å gjenskape logoen som håndtak på oppbevaringsskapene.
N59 arkitekter have created this cool work environment by only using white and yellow. The furnishing is clean and simple. Visually it seems much larger than 200 square meters. The shiny floor and the yellow transparent walls creates a more spatial volume. Notice have they´ve included the logo as cabinet handles.
