Came across this image on the blog a perfect gray and loved it. Not often I fall for patterns, but this oriental looking tiles I like a lot! More tile inspiration? Look here. We have written about a kitchen earlier that use tiles beautifully, recommend you to take a look at it!
Who said white tiles had to be boring? Not me! Here we have collected 15 bathrooms and as you can see: a white tile is not just a white tile. With a variation in size from big to tiny mosaic, and what you decide to use on the floor, the bathroom can get a very different look. Why not lay the tiles in angle or maybe use yellow grout instead of black or white? The options are many. My favorite bath is picture no. 1 and the last no. 15. What is yours?
You´d better know what you are doing, to manage to make this perspective illusion only by tiles, grids and colours, like it has been done in Camper Store in Covent Garden. You won´t miss it at the corner of Shelton Street and Neal Street. Tomas Alonso has created an extremely interesting interior with his distinctive design and experimental expression.

Flisene produseres av The Third Nature.
The english designer Jethro Macey have made some beautiful concrete tiles. With geometrical patterns and tactile textures the tiles are a breath of fresh air combined with all the “normal” tiles you are used to see in the shop. My favorite is “lace tiles” which you see on the first image. The tiles is produced by The Third Nature. In need of more tile inspiration? Here you can see all the post we have written about tiles!
Found these interesting tiles in wood and concrete the other day. They are developed by a canadian industrialdesigner at Urban Product. I am a little unsure if they are available for commercial sale. But they are shape and material is certainly original and exciting. The practical girl in me is a little skeptical of all the places the dust will accumulate. But they would look cool in a retail environment or maybe even outdoors in an urban garden! Found via the Norwegian blog webstash.
A simple and inexpensive step to give the kitchen a new style. Use 10×10 or 15×15 tiles on the kitchen walls and get a modern industrial kitchen look, add some soft pillows and you´ll have the perfect cafe atmosphere in your home. White tiles with a blank surface will reflect the light and the room will give a bigger spatial feeling. And the most important it is so easy to keep clean.
