The German interior architect and product designer Sascha Grewe have created this colorful Letters Stools under the name Art Can Break Your Heart. They combine two of my favorite things, type and functionality. The stools is optionally available in an open variant, as bookshelf or with drawer. Every piece is hand made in MDF by Sascha and you can get it in 250 colors. I think it would look perfect in a kids room or in a creative office space. Or maybe as my new bedside table! Some products are just so brilliant in its idea and simplicity. These wooden stools from the small Norwegian company Krosser is just that. Krosser farm “harvest” their material in their own woods and create these beautiful objects. Love the glossy finish with the organic shape. You get them in different sizes and finishes. Use them as table, sideboard or stools. They also create special pillows in either wool or sheepskin. Norwegian blog site Norske Interiørblogger just visited their farm and took some pictures of the production, and here you can see Cathrine, the owner in action.

Jeg har gått forbi flere av utstillingsvinduene til Marks & Spencer de siste dagene og produktene har dratt til seg min oppmerksomhet. I første omgang er det stolene og modulsofaen jeg har rukket a ta en nærmer titt på. Og jeg er imponert over det jeg har sett. Stolen The Marlow Armchair, bilde 1, kan fås med avtagbare ben. Så valget er ditt om du vil ha en lounge stol på gulvet eller på ben, komfortabel ser den ihvertfall uansett ut. På Terrene Conrans egen blog kan du finne hans top 10 liste over M&S produktene.
They have both their well-known trademark, but on each end of the design scale. The first launch of the partnership was 13th of September 2011, but there is more to come. The main range will be launched in January 2012. I have passed several shop windows of Marks & Spencer recent days and the products have caught my attention. I’ve only had time to take a closer look at the module sofa and the chair selection, but so far I am impressed with what I have seen. The chair, The Marlow Armchair, image 1, is even available with removable legs. So it´s your choice if you want to use it as a lounge chair on the floorbased or with legs, either ways it looks very comfy. I’ll update you on more of the products later. Wow I just found a chair I would love to have at home! I am currently looking for dining chairs with high back and there are not many of them around. But Showtime from Barcelona Design comes with both low and high back and in many different designs in both wood and textiles. I do like this!

Lenge siden vi har skrevet noe om stoler her. Så jeg har funnet frem disse fire som ligner litt på hverandre i uttrykket med den åpne ryggen. Min favoritt er Robin Day stolen fra Habitat. Den var egentlig utgått men er tilbake i produksjon etter stor etterspørsel! Ellers så synes jeg stolen Layer fra SamiKallio har et spennende kombinasjon med material og farger. Long time since we’ve written about chairs on our blog. So I’ve found these four chairs who looks a little bit like each other in the expression with the open back. My favorite is Robin Day chair from Habitat. It had originally gone out of production but is back again by popular demand! Also I think the chair Layer chair by SerumKallio has an exciting combination of materials and colors. Whats your favorite chair?
